Get to know our Director Morgan Wells!
I was raised in Athens, IL and have proudly been a Warrior my entire life. In 2011, during a Christ in Youth conference, I encountered Jesus in a life-changing way, I chose to follow Him, and have been walking with Him ever since. After graduating from Athens High School in 2014, I attended Lincoln Land Community College before transferring to the University of Illinois Springfield, where I earned my bachelor’s degree.
My journey with FUSE began in high school, first as a group helper, then as a group leader, and
eventually as Assistant Director. In January 2019, I stepped into the role of Director. My heart for
FUSE is that every child who walks through our doors knows they are deeply loved, incredibly
valued, and wonderfully made - not only by our staff, but most importantly by the Lord. Outside
of work, you’ll usually find me at a coffee shop, spending time with family, or soaking in the
beauty of God’s creation.

Molly Alderman
Molly has worked at FUSE since 2024 and attends LLCC. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, being with her family, and enjoying the outdoors.
Emma Harris
Emma has worked at FUSE since 2025 and attends PORTA High School. She is a part of the track team and enjoys spending time with her nephew and playing with the kids at FUSE.
Ava Gennicks
Ava has worked at FUSE since 2025 and attends Athens High School. She enjoys reading, singing on the praise team, and hanging out with friends.
Josh Harris
Josh has worked at FUSE since 2025. He enjoys buying and
collecting trading cards, and hanging out with his friends & family. Josh is currently our fall
preaching intern at ACC.

Kennedy Hale
Kennedy has worked at FUSE since 2024. Kennedy is married to Anthony Hale, enjoys playing with her 3 dogs, and spending time with her friends and family!
Tsoetsy Harris
Tsoetsy has worked at FUSE since 2023. During the day, she is the office assistant here at ACC! Tsoetsy is married to Matt Harris and has 4 children, 1 grandson, 2 dogs, and 8 chickens!

Ronna has worked at FUSE since 2018. Ronna works as the Pre-K Coordinator at Cantrall Elementary during the day. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandson.

Cassie has worked at FUSE on and off for several years. She is married to Rob and they have Izzy, Fayth, Noah, and Ezra. When she’s not working at FUSE, she is busy being a taxi driver to her 4 kids!

Tami has worked at FUSE since 2019. She is married to Billy and they have two daughters, Evelyn and Audri.
Susan has worked at FUSE on and off since 2013. She is the wife to Curt and mother to Grace and Ethan. Susan loves spending time with family and enjoying God’s creation.
