Get to know our Director Morgan Wells!
I was raised in Athens, IL and spent my whole life as a Warrior. In 2011, at a Christ in Youth conference, I met, fell in love with, and decided to follow Jesus. After graduating Athens High School in 2014, I attended Lincoln Land Community College and then the University of Illinois Springfield where I received my Bachelor’s degree. Throughout high school, I worked at FUSE as a group helper, group leader, and eventually over time, Assistant Director before taking over as Director in January of 2019.
I want every child that attends FUSE to know how loved, valued, and special they are, not just to the staff, but to the Lord. When I’m not working, you can find me at a coffee shop (Hae’s!), spending time with family, or enjoying God’s creation.

Ronna Lewis
Ronna has worked at FUSE since 2018. Ronna works as the PreK Coordinator at Cantrall Elementary during the day. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandson.
Lilly Alderman
Lilly has worked for FUSE since 2018 and attends the University of Illinois Springfield. She is majoring in Elementary Education and enjoys spending time with the kids at FUSE.
Tami Walters
Tami has worked at FUSE since 2019. Tami works at Cantrall Elementary School as the Librarian during the day. She is married to Billy and they have two daughters, Evelyn and Audri.
Susan Reichling
Susan has worked at FUSE on and off since 2013. Wife to Curt and mother to Grace and Ethan, Susan loves spending time with family and enjoying God’s creation.

Ellie has worked at FUSE since 2019 and attends Lincoln Land Community College. Her favorite color is purple and she loves everything involving the outdoors and her friends and family.
Jack has worked at FUSE since 2022 and attends Athens High school. He enjoys being a member of the Scholastic Bowl team.

Cassie has worked at FUSE on and off for several years. She is married to Rob and they have Izzy, Fayth, Noah, and Ezra. When she’s not working at FUSE, she is busy being a taxi driver to her 4 kids!
Jaelyn Lasley
Jaelyn has worked at FUSE since 2023 and attends Athens High School. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and working at FUSE.
Olivia has worked at FUSE since 2019 and attends Lincoln Land Community College. Her favorite thing ever is Hae’s Coffee shop!
Tsoetsy Harris
Tsoetsy has worked at FUSE since 2023. During the day, she is the office assistant here at ACC! Tsoetsy is married to Matt Harris and has 4 children, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 6 chickens and 1 grandson!
Kenna has worked at FUSE since 2022 and attends Athens High School. She enjoys playing volleyball, exercising, and art.
